Introduction:
We had the pleasure of being chosen as a marketing partner for a new music festival, being run in our local community.
Guiseley Sounds were looking for a new website with e-commerce functionality to enable them to sell & digitally deliver tickets for their upcoming and future events.
Alongside this, they were looking for support with social media marketing, branding, and print design.
Our Process:
After initial consultation and learning about our clients’ goals and aspirations for the festival, we shared a strategy and proposal for acceptance, which was reviewed before moving to the next phase of the project.
The web design & build process was kicked off via completion of an onboarding form, where content and ideas were shared before the build took place. This is an important stage to ensure that our vision for the site marries up with the clients.
In the meantime, the social media work took place. Initially it was crucial to ensure the branding was consistent. We looked at brand colours, fonts and tone of voice.
Throughout the process we maintained a communicative relationship with the client, using a Whatsapp group for sharing of ideas and to gain approvals and feedback where necessary.
The outcome:
The video below shows the final site and functionality that has so far in 2 months delivered over £13,000 of sales from a standing start.
