When working with clients, we also ask that they show respect equally to us; this helps form a mutual understanding, and we believe the partnership to work better.
Honesty
Secondly, honesty is our next brand value. Transparency here at Search Buddy is a big part of our ethos and how we run our business. Making sure our clients are always kept in the loop and giving our honest opinions when it comes to marketing is something we believe strongly. Often, Agencies aren’t always truthful about what a company needs and can upsell packages for their benefit. We at Search Buddy will only ever propose services that we think are suitable for that business, advising on next steps without any unnecessary measures. Next, another highly important value we abide by is hard work. It may seem obvious, but unfortunately, we have had multiple clients come to us from previous experiences where this was not the case. Furthermore, being fair is a value we strive to uphold. It can become easy to get ahead of yourself or overcomplicate situations.
