Review & Analyse Existing
Depending on the stage of your company’s life cycle, you may already be doing social media marketing, or have social media marketing in the past.
We’ll look at what has worked in the past and what hasn’t, what your most successful competitors do, and where they do it, and this will form a proposal.
Proposal
Using the information collected in stages 1 & 2, we will form a detailed proposal, with timings, actions, channels and of course costs, to include where applicable both management fees and fees payable to the advertising platform.
This proposal will be structured to help you to reach your ultimate objectives, as discussed in the initial consultation.

Once our proposal has been digested, understood and accepted, we will get to work based upon your desired timelines.
This will likely involve initial input from yourselves for set up. Once set up, the process will involve continual optimisation and tweaks, based upon all of the data available to us, tracking your performance, and reporting on said performance.
